Altamont property owners call Trauma Clean Pros because we treat Biohazard work as its own specialty, not a side service. Every technician we send carries current bloodborne pathogen certification and the equipment to match.
Speak With A Technician What We Handle
Trauma Clean Pros operates as a licensed, insured Biohazard remediation company based to serve Altamont and the surrounding Altamont, TN region. Every technician on our roster carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification and works under documented OSHA protocols, whether the job is a single room or a full commercial floor.
Dispatch is answered by a real person, not a call center script, because most callers are dealing with something they've never faced before and need a straight answer fast.
Biohazard jobs rarely end at the last wipe-down. Insurance adjusters, landlords, and sometimes probate attorneys need documentation, and Trauma Clean Pros provides a full report with every job so that part moves faster.
Standard janitorial equipment isn't built for Biohazard jobs, which is why every Trauma Clean Pros truck carries ozone, hydroxyl, and enzymatic treatment equipment as standard gear.
Once a bodily fluid has had time to soak into porous material, the contamination extends well past what a mop or standard cleaner can reach. That's the point where a Biohazard specialist, not a cleaning service, needs to step in. Around Altamont, our dispatch line hears these situations on a weekly basis:
Acting quickly limits both the scope of the job and the cost, since Biohazard contamination spreads through porous materials the longer it's left alone.
A passing that goes undiscovered for days leaves decomposition fluid, odor, and insect activity that reaches into subfloor and wall cavities.
Once law enforcement releases a scene, someone still has to restore the property, including repairing any forced-entry damage.
Years of accumulated belongings frequently conceal mold growth, pest activity, and biohazard material that needs specialized sorting.
Category 3 water events require removal of contaminated porous material, not just drying and surface disinfection.
We follow a documented decontamination checklist using EPA List N products for confirmed exposure cases.
Job sites and facilities sometimes need biohazard response after an injury involving bodily fluids or a hazardous material release.
Every job gets scoped individually before a crew steps inside. These are the services Altamont clients rely on us for most.
Each service below can be scoped on its own or combined into a single job when a property has more than one issue, such as a hoarding situation that also uncovered a sewage leak.
Blood and biological material are removed using enzymatic treatment rated specifically for bloodborne pathogen decontamination.
Decomposition jobs typically involve pulling contaminated materials and treating odor with ozone or hydroxyl generators before final sanitization.
Our crews sort belongings methodically, separating salvageable items from biohazard waste and flagging mold or structural concerns as we go.
Blackwater extraction is followed by removal of anything porous that absorbed contamination, then a full antimicrobial application.
Confirmed exposure sites get hospital-grade treatment, not a standard cleaning pass.
We handle commercial and industrial biohazard events with full chain-of-custody waste disposal paperwork.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks about the scope and hazards on scene before a crew is ever routed out.
Once scoped by phone, the nearest available crew heads to your Altamont location, usually within 60 minutes.
The crew isolates the work area, removes anything that can't be salvaged, and disinfects using EPA-registered products under OSHA guidelines.
A written report and photo documentation accompany every completed Altamont job.
Certification and insurance travel with every Altamont technician on every job, no exceptions.

You also get a direct line to the technician assigned to your job, not a rotating call center queue, from first quote to final walkthrough.
We also stand behind the paperwork: if an insurance adjuster needs additional documentation or clarification after the job is closed, we provide it at no extra charge.
